  • What is Let’sDate Crate?

    Let’sDate Crate is on a mission to celebrate love by enabling couples to share romantic, immersive date nights from the comfort of their homes. Our themed crates are delivered to the couple’s door and contain everything needed to set up quickly and have a fun-and-flirty adventure.

  • Who are the crates suitable for?

    Our crates are made with the vision to spread love and joy to couples of all cultures, creeds and orientations. We do, however, have a strict over 18 and above policy due to alcohol being provided.

  • What’s inside my crate?

    The exact contents are theme-specific, but will follow the same general format:
    - 2+ activities
    - An alcoholic beverage
    - Edible treats
    - Fancy-dress accessories
    - Mood-setting prop
    - Curated Spotify playlist
    - Easy-to-follow setup instructions

  • How long is each date?

    All of our dates come with activities that last 2+ hours.

  • What do I need in preparation for my date?

    A cosy room, a laptop and positive vibes.
    Everything else needed will be provided in the crate alongside easy set-up instructions.
    If you wish to go the extra mile, we always encourage our couples to dress in the theme of the date to get further immersed in the experience!

  • Are the crates suitable for celebrating special occasions (ie. birthdays, anniversaries etc)?

    Absolutely. Our crates are perfect for couples looking for a unique way to celebrate a special occasion. If you are looking for something romantic, fun and creative, that doesn’t require too much planning, then our crates are the answer!

  • Can I gift a crate to someone?

    Yes! We’re big believers in spreading the love and our crates could be a perfect, unique gift for a couple to enjoy.

    You can choose the crate you wish to purchase through the “Store” page and upon checking out you will see a box to tick saying “deliver to a different address”. Input both your details and the receivers’ details and towards the bottom there is an “order notes” area where you can write a message. We will post this alongside the crate on a pretty card.

  • Is this a subscription box?

    No, each of our crates are sold separately as a one-time purchase.

  • Can the date take place whenever we want and do any of the activities require live interaction with the Let’sDate Crate team or anyone else?

    You can have your date whenever you like and on your own terms. All elements are either in the box or provided online, available for you to access at your discretion. There is no interaction with the Let’sDate Crate team or anyone else as part of our dates. After all, it’s about getting into your comfiest environment and having a fun time together, just the two of you!

  • How will my crate get to me?

    Any purchases will normally be dispatched within 48 hours once the order is received, after which they will be delivered by a 3rd party postal company. In total orders take between 1-4 business days to arrive.

  • What if I’m not home when the crate is delivered?

    No need to worry! If no one is available at your delivery address to receive your crate and the crate cannot be left in a safe place nominated by you, the postal company will leave a note detailing when a second delivery attempt will be made. If there is still no luck, you will have 3 calendar days to collect or rearrange delivery. If that is unsuccessful, the crate will be returned to our offices.

  • Do you offer customisation or substitutions of items in the crate?

    We offer the option of a vegan/gluten-free/alcohol free crate. Simply tick this option when purchasing your crate on the website. Besides for this, we cannot customise what goes inside the crates. Each included item is handpicked by us and contributes to the overall theme and ambiance of the date.

  • Do you offer gluten free or vegan alternatives to the drink and food products supplied?

    We are thrilled to offer the option of a vegan/gluten-free/alcohol free crate. Simply tick this option when purchasing your crate on the website.

  • Do you offer non-alcoholic alternatives?

    Yes we do! We are thrilled to offer the option of a vegan/gluten-free/alcohol free crate. Simply tick this option when purchasing your crate on the website.

  • What happens if something is wrong with my crate?

    At Let’sDate Crate we strive to maintain our high standards and take pride in providing our customers with a top-class service. Should you have any issue with the product or general feedback please reach out to us at: [email protected]

  • What if my item is damaged or I want to return the crate?

    For returns, please let us know within 14 calendar days from the order confirmation email about your intention to send it back to us. Please note, in the case of a return in order to be eligible for a refund, your item must have no visible signs of wear or use, be in the same condition that you received it, and it must be in the original packaging.

    For damaged goods, please be in touch with us as soon as reasonably possible to inform us of the damage. To be eligible for a return, no more than 30 calendar days must have elapsed since the receipt of the goods. In this instance we will endeavour to reimburse you the full cost of the goods as soon as possible.
